I was looking forward to see ‘Stardust’ at the cinema since I saw the first trailers and I have to say that it was even better of what I was expecting, despite what reviewers say. This is not the usual fantasy movie with orcs and warriors packed with mind-blowing special effects. Instead, is a wonderful told fairy tale with nice characters that will appeal to children and adults.

It has a very enjoyable and romantic plot with good humor throughout it. It is about a young man who makes a promise to his beloved that he’ll retrieve a fallen star. Charlie Cox and Claire Danes make a wonderful couple as the main cast in the movie. Michelle Pfeiffer, beautiful as always, does a good villain; but my favorite will have to be Robert De Niro’s role as ‘Captain Shakespeare’, the “ruthless” pirate! :)

If your looking for a wonderful fantasy tale with some good action, adventure and romance, then this is the one!
